This page only exists to make arbitrary page titles. It is used for making "marker" pages in TKTSTO, to give each window a tab which won't match any other windows. This improves accuracy when matching saved windows to open windows. The syntax is: http://toykeeper.net/title/?t=My+Title It doesn't do anything else. Just put one in each window, pin it, and forget about it.
